Memory is something that is very important in human life. Almost all activities require memory and of course memory is needed to do work and daily activities. Unfortunately many complain about reduced memory even in young adults who should still be at a high level of productivity.

There are several ways that can be done to improve the memory of one of them is to consume foods that supports brain health and memory. Here are 8 foods that can boost your brain health and improve your memory.

  • Fish, especially marine fish contain very high omega 3. This Omega 3 turned out to be very good for increasing blood circulation in the brain and was also needed to improve the sharpness of thinking. Omega 3 is also very good for reducing hidden inflammation which can accelerate brain aging.
