I had my own fair share of FATIGUE...

Just like you, I had my own fair share of FATIGUE followed after months (or maybe even years) of Depressions. I didn't realize it until it showed at my LAB results on one of my routine check ups. Then, It STRUCK me of how much TIREDNESS that I have, BURNOUT even... How every headaches, joint pains, sleepless nights, bloating and mood swings contributes or even the RESULTS of FATIGUE.

And I completely Ignore all of them. 

I realized that I had to change and I know that it was POSSIBLE if only I had the willingness and the right steps to take. Along my own health journey, I learnt so much as a medical doctor but also as patient myself. 

And I want to tell you.. That IT'S ALL POSSIBLE!

FAQ

When is this challenge happpening?

Fatigue to Fit Challenge is a self guided challenge so you can watch it anytime. But with any challenges, each task will be available for you each day one task at a time after you join the challenge.

Do I need to prepare anything?

All you need to prepare is an open mind and the willingness to try everything inside the challenge. Oh.. A pen and paper will also be useful if you like to write down things while you watch the videos.

Can I ask questions if I'm confused?

Yes, of course. You can post your questions on the comment sections of each chapter of the modules. All questions will be answered weekly on Wednesday afternoon.
